We probably same age. Bought my first condo at 26 as a bank foreclosure for 75k. I didn't even what that meant. The property was a construction defect and the hoa was broke. Kept that place for 10 years and sold it for 400k. Fast forward today, I have 3 apartment complexes with 805 units. Sold them off during covid. I had no clue what I was doing, but learned along the way. Just bought tesla at 130 and I almost doubled m 7 figure investment in 6 months. Meanwhile both my wife and I still work. Not because we have to, but because we want too. Both of us came from dirt poor families. We took MASSIVE action. You can do it!

I started working for Publix in 1981 graduated from high school in 1983 went full time start driving for them in 1990 would. Listen to financial tapes why I had a 2 hour drive to the East Coast. I took a early retirement in 2012 and then I went shopping for real estate.

Wow! It feels like this video was recorded for me directly. I'm 31 years old, and I've started investing heavily into Index Funds and ETFs. Last year; I bought a condo in an amazing neighborhood in downtown Chicago, and plan to rent it out next year for a huge profit due to getting the property at less than 3% fixed interest rate. Then purchase another condo and rinse and repeat. Thanks for all your knowledge and experiences have really helped propel me in the right direction. Thanks for everything!
