i knew for the first method, i use rufus for making usb bootble stick but i didnt notice this option for making offline account before thanks for that

My valid digital licence for Windows 11 Home is tied to my Microsoft account. How do I do it if I want to keep Windows 11 Home activated and also want to use a local account?

Do I have to log in with the Microsoft account first and activate my Windows 11 Home and then go over to a local account after that?

Why is this such a big deal? I really don’t understand. I’ve used a Microsoft account with windows for a while and haven’t had any problems. Sure, you could argue about privacy, but there isn’t really much of a concern for me there (I don’t use windows for sensitive things)
