If you're installing on a laptop and you already connected to the internet just tap the Airplane mode key, and it will disconnect you from the internet and switch to allowing you to setup a Local account.

A million thanks. And, after you do this, you can't still add your outlook account under 'accounts', but it doesn't insert OneDrive into your c: path. (for example, on my computers that I setup when I was dumb, I just setup windows online, and now even when I look at 'this PC>c:', OneDrive is inserted between my user account and destination folder. Now it's not. The OneDrive >personal quick access box is available to me, but doesn't muck up and confuse my true drive/file path)

I know this video is old (in computer time), but I believe it is still pertinent. My question is, in the video, you just pressed "Next" in the password screen... Will Windows Pro allow you to skip the password?
(I need to know this, as I am about to install Windows 10 on a new HDD and really want to bypass all the online account crap and don't really need a password to open Windows in the future. )
