So my system failed the 1st memory test. So I removed both ram sticks from my pc and wiped the pins and any dust I could see off them. Then after reinserting them I ran the test again. This time I got no errors. So maybe the ram was lose or could've been dust that was the culprit. Other than that my pc runs fine. Thanks for showing how to use the memory test

This might be good and fine if you can get to the screen. But I am still stuck on the blue screen, so there is no chance of getting to the start button.

just to add. one more way in solving this is to take out the ram sticks and just rub eraser on the contacts.. i don't know how and why but it worked on me.. my memory modules are just brand new and the diagnotics shows no error but still the issue goes on. but when I cleaned it with an eraser and brush. and put it back in. it actually worked properly again.

Resetting also does not do much. The problem persists.

A blue screen or random error messages, random restarts can be the cause of incompatible RAM if you have one that your motherboard cannot accept you will face these issues, using compatible RAM will cause no issues as stated above, glitch free computing.

I was having this problem, tried all the fixes I saw online and no luck. I just assumed it was my Ram which was the problem so I bought new sticks. 3 days later the BSOD is back. Clearly not the hardware since the memory was brand new...

if this is any help make sure that your virtual memory in | File explorer > This pc : right click > properties > advanced system settings> performace >advanced > virtual memory > Then tick Automaticly manage paging files for all drives | some prebuilt pcs come with this setting to compensate for slow ram! it takes memory from your drive and uses it as extra ram. this can cause errors and instability make sure you regularly defrag your drives and run ccleaner ever once and a while ! thank you and i hope this
