Use the capital gain to pay the balloon :) this way the car is still cost a pretty penny but the overall cost to own is less. what u think muzi?

It’s always good to also factor in costs that are outside of instalments. I always check how much wearables cost in a car like your shocks, tyres, out of warranty parts, potential cost to repair small damages, avg. fuel etc.

It’s good to know while a car may cost you R15k p/m in ownership, an ideal +R10k will help you in situations unexpected ownership costs may arise.

The people that are complaining about your estimate are the same people that don’t consider other costs excl. instalments.

I think people that buy these sort of cars don't really have an issue with paying for them if you earn 200k per month, they pay them off in 2 years or pay them off for 3 years then BMW calls them back to upgrade at a "reduced cost"
