Divisibility Rules for 10 and 100

How do we know if a number is divisible by 10 or 100? It is divisible by 10 if it is equal to 10 times n for some natural number n. Since multiplication is commutative, then 10 · n = n · 10, and that means that it is a multiple of 10, which means that it ends with 0. Similarly, a number is divisible by 100 if it is a multiple of 100, which means that it ends with 00. The same principle applies for divisibility by any positive power of 10.

I have alternate rules

10: The number is a multiple of 2 and 5 at the same time

100: The number is a multiple of 4 and 25 at the same time
