I agree, I personally go about 6 days per week but do very low volume and high intensity. I can easily recover from these workouts and I’ve never looked better

There's a lot i dont agree with Greg on but this is the truth right here! Less is more, train hard and recover properly its much more sustainable and the best way to get in shape is to make training a part of your life and do it forever consistently

Hes said a very important factor than most likely went over a lot of you guys head, working out less often will also help you with having a stabble appetite, I've seen this years ago with cardio also, the kore cardio I did the more hangry I was😂

That has to do with the fact that you allow your body to recuperate when you give your body enough time to recuperate you tend to become stronger

Greg the type of guy that lifts half weights and calls it a pump

The only thing that is bad with this lifting philosophy is that you lift less

It’s a catch 22 because if you lift everyday it’s almost like you’re constantly pumped and you want that but it’s true you do make better gains on 3 or 4 days so I’d say once you’re happy with the physique tone it down and put the intensity on 11

If you stay in that lean state of 6-10% Bodyfat, thats very true but otherwise you should hit each muscle twice a week… in case of Push pull legs u would have to train 6times a week

The logic is faulty... powerlifters are strongest after their deload does that mean if they trained like they do in their deloaded state all year they'd be stronger? No.... accumulation of fatigue is necessary to progress in the long run for strength and size.

I lift 2x a week, sometimes 3, that's it.
