Texans have been asking for a tropical system to relieve them in some of these heat factors. But on that note, this tropical storm is taking the exact path of one of the worst hurricanes in recent Texas history with hurricane Harvey. Though Harvey did not reach catagory 5 status it still caused some of the most serious distruction in the history of the state. I guess time will tell but just remember the waters are still very hot.
