Tropics Update: Tropical Depression Two forecast track, plus two other potential storms

We're only two weeks into the Atlantic Hurricane Season, and already the tropics are heating up! Tropical Depression Two formed off the coast of North Carolina and while it isn't forecast to impact the U.S., it is expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Bill. Meanwhile, Invest 92L and 94L are being monitored in the Atlantic, and Tropical Storm Carlos is churning in the Pacific.
