Everyone talks about how jojo acts “younger than her age” but honestly she really is so mature. To keep her composure and respectfully ask for a solo, while also holding it together during lunch with her grandma, it’s so admirable of her to be so brave and composed at such a young age.

I think abby appreciated that jojo asked for the solo herself and explained her reasons calmly, she even tried to stop herself crying. Abby doesn't like when the mother's speak for their children so I think she was happy that jojo took the initiative
