I would say max size for both species is pushing 60 ft but if you had two 60ft specimens from each species go head to head 100 times it could end in the favor of either honestly. They were both top apex predators with seemingly balanced strengths and weaknesses. Lev had bigger teeth and blubber to absorb bites but Meg didn't have to breathe air.

You do realize megalodons are confirmed to have the strongest bite force of any animal that we have discovered and it 6x stronger bite force than a T. rex it’s honestly a difficult fight but the Meg would come on top by literally 0.1% and probably end up dying from wounds

First, Livyatan is leagues above megalodon in the smarts category. This means megalodon, like many sharks, will always act on instinct, no matter how much experience it has, it will just never use it. Livyatan on the other hand could form strategy from experience and target vital points of the shark.

Livyatan has higher durability than megalodon; the whale has many inches of blubber, and a strong skeleton, megalodon has very soft sides and underbelly with a cartilage skeleton, if megalodon were to be rammed by Livyatan's large nose, it woukd likely cause majer internal damage.

Both animals could do immense damage with their bite, however, I think Livyatan would use strategy to put it to use, possibly sneaking up on Otodus.

Size is hard, but most reliable estimates put them around the same size (weight) as even though megalodon could be longer, it weight would be similar due to sharks having a cartilage skeleton, making them lighter. For instance a 6 meter Carcharodon carcharias is 2, 000 kg (2 tonnes) while a 6 meter Orcinus orca is more around 3600 kg (3.6 tonnes).

Oxygen is not a problem, Livyatan could hold its breath for more than an hour, a fight would probably not last this long, however this is still a disadvantage for livyatan. But megalodon could drown too, it would likely need to move foward for oxygen to flow over its gills like many sharks today including the mako shark. Otodus megalodon might have been prone to be stunned from tonic immobility when turned upside down, leaving it in a sort of trance for a little while, maybe around 15 minutes, this could be exploted by Livyatan, possibly alone but definetly in packs.

In a real life situation, with the likely hood of Livyatan hunting in packs, megalodon loses.
