Recall cache is literally images in some format in a storage file of some sort? If you try to compress in 7z on ultra if not compressible that should reveal it is indeed Recall

Curious how compressible it is with NTFS compression just tick that box but it will probably say 'in use'.
Could always boot to USB, nuke it and permissions 2 path
