Idk if it works for doors, but for eggs under trees you just use kyeggo saddle while facing the tree backwards
(only tried it once so might not work 100%)

I actually was able to collect that egg. It very hard to do tho. You have to use the wall next to the door and inch over slightly

Well, If the egg rain is in Athlanthian, there's a chance that an egg will spawn under a tree which is too short for a player to get.

I had an egg under a low tree in route 6. No one in the entire server could get it

And the whole server tried to get it
And nobody got it
And by the way it was at kanko village
