I personally enjoy the original Grimm story.
The step sisters get so frustrated at the glass slipper that they cut off a few toes to try and make it fit.

The voice actor who plays Eric and Prince Charming also plays the 90s Spider-Man. So think about Spider-Man next time Prince Charming jumps out a window. I know I will.

also, the name 'Anastasia' can be translated to 'resurrection' which likely didn't influence the decision to redeem Anastasia's in the first place, but is a very amusing coincidence

I would have preferred to see Drizella change because of the fact she is considered the meaner of the two. It would prove that people can change and Lady Tremaine was the one that always poisoned her daughters to be the way they were with Cinderella. Really wish Disney would have kept Drizella as their choice.

Plus does anyone remember in the second movie the face Drizella makes after Anastasia confronts their mother and defends her love for the baker?? It looked like Drizella also yearned for the same thing. For someone to just love her. 💚💚💚

I never realized that Bruno was absent in Cinderella 3 and it was nice to know some actors who we know voice other characters we like and yeah it was a better idea to have Anastasia be the one who would redeem herself after all she is the most beautiful and more kinder one out of the stepsisters and I got to say when Anastasia is nice and good she does kind of almost look beautiful and nice as Cinderella Drizella looks ugly mean and evil as Lady Tremaine that I bet she wouldn’t redeem herself if she was the one

I kind of would have like it for Drizella to be the one to get a redemption arc. It could have been a continuation of the previous movie, with Anastasia being with the baker, maybe the movie could have started with the resume of Cinderella's story, then Anastasia's and showing like a little scene of her wedding! Then Drizella being jealous of her sisters when she sees the fairy godmother and steals her wand. The stepmother rewinds time and only her and Drizella are aware of that, so the Anastasia that is with them isn't aware of the situation. The stepmother makes the glass shoe fit Drizella, and she begins being annoying, and treating Anastasia badly, as she is still jealous of her. Anastasia gets fed up, and goes to the town, where she meets again with the baker (but without her mother and sister getting in the way, nor her calling herself ugly, as she still has a high selfsteem). Meanwhile, Cinderella's part is the same, as are the parts of the king and the prince, so it is Drizella the one who gets the speech from the king. She gets a little doubtful of what they are doing and goes to Anastasia to speak with her and see what she thinks, but she can't find her in the palace, so she sneaks and finds her with the baker, that makes her mad, but also sad, as she can see that they are really meant to be with each other. Then everyone from the climax to the end is the same, except with Drizella in Anastasia's place, Anastasia showing up to the wedding with the baker and only the stepmother gets punished.

To be fair, the 3rd film was so chaotic that half of the cast count be missing and it would still be the same film

For #1: They should've kept that idea.

I know it would be a stretch, to have both stepsisters redeemed. But, Anastasia getting the redemption in Cinderella 3 after having it in 2, was kinda redundant...
