How to use the fine liner and water technique

Fine liner and water is a really fun technique to use, you sometimes get unexpected results but it's it a lovely technique to develop your skills into mixed media.
You will need to make sure you are using a water soluble pen for this, as you actually want the pen to smudge and run.
