This honestly makes me feel so much better having struggled with weight problems all my life trying to skip meals here and there to lose weight but now I've lost 40 pounds or more and i still eat junk food almost everyday my secret now is look for the foods with the most fiber in them and also a little excercise not everyday but maybe once a week along with a standing job!!!

this makes my inner child so happy. being a dancer i was always trying to lose weight. i’ve had body dysmorphia since eight years old. it makes me so happy seeing young girls be confident in themselves in ways i never could… slowly changing the way we feel about ourselves!
