This is an All-In pottage. Yams, potatoes, plantains... which is excellent because you should be getting the most nutrients and vitamins this Ramadan period!

Recipe:
Yam, sweet potato, yaji, salt, diced onions, maggi, large bell pepper and scotch bonnets, ground crayfish, plantain, dried fish, palm oil

Peel the yams, sweet potatoes, plantains. Dice your required quantity into the pot, add a cup of blended pepper, two tbsp crayfish, whole dried fish, salt to taste, 2 cubes MAGGI, pour water half way the pot, cook for 20 minutes, add palm oil, cook for 5 minutes, mash together. Serve.
