Facing challenges in putting myself out there, applying for a new job after a longer phase of depression and beside not having succeed yet, I'm doing all I can to not give up. Feeling super exausted these days but like you said- " You're just putting one foot in front of the other, that's the whole Mission-all you need to do-..it can be slow, you can be crawling but as long as you're sustaining as a relentless forward progress, you are moving forward!" The journey I understand. The wilderness makes perfect sense to me. The race makes no sense, never has made sense. Competition has never fit into my head at all. I do not care who is first or last. I care very much about the journey, the experience, the time "Out There". For me it is not about being challenged, just do not care about that. It isn't about being challenged by the wilderness I seek or the hard things I do. It is simply about being out there in the wild places. Being out there is the joy of it. That's all.
