Too many channels like to overcomplicate the simple while skewing facts or fear mongering. Thats why Trav is a real RH

When you first put the steaks in, they didn’t look good, but the finish product definitely looked better. Probably too much fat though, but I guess iifym then it works. Another great video!

Tried macrofactor and the one thing I'd note to people is that if you use it to coach your diet by setting calories and macros, you need to be on point about logging everything you eat. Incomplete logged days skew the data and you'll see your calories drop way lower than what they should be. I personally found that cronometer is better for *just* logging and ease of checking your micronutrient targets if you don't care about the diet coaching.

Boiling meat packaged inside of PLASTIC? I have concerns with that. The Protein Pancake mix is the schnizzel! Love it..

I think tracking calories matters if you're trying to get abs if you're trying to drop a few kilos I'm.not sure.... But it's good to be mindful of what you're eating

Any concerns with microplastics after using high temperature water to cook steaks in plastic?

Do you avg around 200G of carbs per day? How do you feel? I’ve done low carb and it’s easy to cut weight but it’s not sustainable. Trying to find a happy medium between lower carbs and energy.
