I love that Matt announces his pronouns on the way out -- which technically makes far more sense than when you introduce yourself (given that 3rd person pronouns in reference to you are mainly used in conversations where you are not present). Not sure if he did that on purpose, but it beautifully highlights the egotism/ oppressiveness of this ideology -- the desire to force your will onto others even when you are not present.
