And also these impossible long runs in the middle of their spawn where they are in the house and outside, and you just easily run completely into it and you didnt even get shot

This has to be set up. You haven't been shot once, and if they shoot, they immediately stop after 2-3 shots. Either they are incredibly bad and have a handicap or it is a set up.
