There is a Terraria Calamity mod themed bossfight which I thought looked great!
Edit: It's called "Brutal Calamity" and it's an XXL Demon by Whirl
Although it's not the most detailed compared to the ones showcased in this video, I really liked how it featured many aspects from the Calamity mod.

My favorite boss fight is the Player vs Creator one. Its simple but I still think it's cool.

I think for beginners then press start is the most enjoyable. It definitely isnt the best, but it’s pretty iconic

Ultra violence is definitely the best, the Abomination was a really cool boss. It not only won in the end by eating the player, but it played it smart throughout. First, the laser beams force you to go up to appear at the bottom, but the second time it shoots projectiles there so you have to dodge those too, and then it goes down in an attempt to catch you off guard. The rest of the attacks seem like forcing you into the middle of the screen, like baiting prey into the open, and then it bites.

Imo Ultra Violence is best, xender and hhyper just knows how to make bossfights :DDD But I think that its all just in the movements... I mean, have you see Ultra Violence in editor? Especially the bossfight parts? Insane!

My personal favorite bossfight has got to be Andromedroid from Omorfia by Hhyper. It was Hhyper's last solo level before he quit and despite the boss being short, lasting for only about few seconds on screen, Andromedroid is one of the most unique bosses ever made as it was animated frame by frame like Bombar (from Boom Slayer), making the movements look crisp and fluid. While it certainly might not be the best, it'll always have a special place in my heart

Honestly, though it may not look the best, I think that Serpent's Wrath by LmAnibus is the best bossfight. The visuals are far from amazing, but the fact that the boss' attack pattern is completely randomized every attempt is completely mind boggling to me and that's why I think it is both the most unique and the most impressive!

my personal favourite is probably "experiment 204" by HHyper. idk why? it just feels detailed. also, hhyper is a bossfight specialized creator. he has many bossfight levels, some are good, some are mid.

Slam(the first level in the monster gauntlet) is a masterpiece of a bossfight with the easy route for not so skilled players and the secret route which is challenging and fun ^^!

Change in Scene is my favorite boss fight, almost every vacant space is detailed with imagination of what creators made, designing every pixel, even with multiple paths, this is probably why it got rated epic, and was a major contestant for the gauntlet in 2.2.

for me, the best bossfights are ultraviolence and molten
gear ones. Both for the decorations, for the music and for the amazing effects.
unfortunately molten gear is too hard for me (currently # 76 in pointcrate)

The way ultra violence was made in mobile is actually crazy and mindblowing, as demons is hard in mobile and editing it is very good. Xender game deserved alot creator points.
