Isshin and Vergil are some of the best bosses ever made. Not only do they provide some of the best combat experiences, but they basically test ever fiber of your being and are basically a beautiful amalgamation of everything you've learned and practiced thus far.

What about the Nihilant from Half-Life(1998)? You have to get there by passing through different enemies and maps, also watching some other fallen guys who tried to kill the boss. U have to grab their ammunition and health kits they carry because thats the only ammo you will get there. Later, after passing through different maps you find a giant monster called Gonarch, (it's the mom of various enemies and is the final form of them also) and after you kill HER she breaks a hole through the floor where you have to enter a portal. Then you see the final portal of them all, it's the entrance to the last boss. You enter and He sends you to different dimensions and then throw u a lot of lightning balls while you have to break three crystals. After destroying said crystals, blow him up and shoot him with bullets until he's left with no more energy. (he cant send you to dimensions nor throw various lightning bolts, he only throws one per attack) Shooting him up will open a hole in his head where you need to fire at it until the Nihilant finally collapses and throws lasers in every direction before exploding.

The thing I love about isshin is that not only is he a badass and super deadly warrior, he respects you as well. And he admits defeat when he knows he can’t win. A true warrior.

Uncharted 4 finale boss with Rafe was easily one of the best bosses I have faced. I will miss the original uncharted games when you play as Nathan Drake but it was still very awesome playing as him. 🔥
