The real diffirence is Masterwork chests make you want to buy them more than Hextech chests and waste even more money because they look fancier.

I'm from a country where RP purchase option is not available, So I have to grind BE and the only way to get BE is to open champ capsules.

Thanks for pointing this out. I was confused as to y Riot made new chests and it’s difference between the og and this. TBH I was 1 of the players that was complaining about too many champion shards appearing in regular chest which pissed me off. I was ranting about it hoping that Riot would remove/increase skin drops in regular chest but I guess they just want to earn money by inventing a new crate. Well I should b careful for what I wish for xD I try to stick to being a “free to play(er)” as possible

UNLESS you hit this shit-dry streak like me where I've got 5 god damn Master Yi shards and around 4 Soraka (Not mentiong all the Poppy ones AND a god damn Garen.)
Literally my last 20~ shards were nothing but 90 Blue Essence worth shards... my luck is sometimes impressive

This guy opened 21 masterwork chests and it was all skin, emotes and wards and i opened 1 masterwork chest and i got 525 orange essence. Wow Riot Games thanks

Well I guess I can consider myself lucky, because yesterday I dropped gemstone from hextech chest, then exchanged it into masterwork with a key and then.... I dropped permament Pulsefire Ezreal.
PS: I don't know if that's even possible but anyways... I am happily maining Ezreal now 😀
