I 1000% recommend “For the Wolf” and “For the Throne” by Hannah Whitten for the fall!! It’s a two-book series about two royal twin sisters, the younger of which is banished into the cursed woods near their kingdom to uphold an age-old deal made by their ancestors. It’s a wonderful romantasy with a little bit of spice but not very much, it has amazing world building that almost follows the story of little red riding hood if she fell in love with the wolf. This is one of my fav series I’ve ever read and had me thinking about this world for months after!!

I recommend Carrie if you’re looking for a first Stephen King. Night Shift is also a good collection of his most famous short stories.

I saw the Rachel Harrison, if you haven’t already, READ CACKLE. Her best book by far. The return is good too, but less cozy and more spooky.
