Carmilla is so underrated and yet its an important book for its time. To write about a saphic vampire back then amazes me. I used to love watching the youtube series carmilla as a kid. To me she is everything a vampire should be.

A book I’m currently reading that I absolutely adore is “what you are looking for is in the library” by Michiko Aoyama. It’s a very sweet book that revolves around a librarian in Tokyo who knows what you want / need in life and offers you a book to help you get there, and you follow four individuals as they find this librarian and embark on a huge change in their life via the book they’ve been recommended. It’s so wholesome and very cosy, about learning new things and that it’s never too late to go for what you want in life!

I just finished "It" by Stephen King a couple of days ago and I really really recommend reading that book. I've always been intimidated by its length and it really took me a couple of weeks to get through it. But - I'm sooo glad I read it. It's just stunning. It's so much more than just a horror novel. It's about friendship and growing up and it really touched my heart. <3
