Good afternoon!

I have a question regarding RDS Server. I just replaced our primarry domain controller which is a different forest and neet to reconnect the existing RDP Server back to the new primary domain. ANy recommendations on which procedures to best connect? Thank you

Hi Vikas, thank you for the video was really helpful. I have two doubts though: 1. Which MS 2019 version have you used to enable the Remote desktop services, Standard or Datacenter (or works in any of those)? 2. Is it possible to install remote desktop access in each session? The plan is to install Team viewer on each session, so users outside from our infrastructure can access, would that work once you have the sessions? Thanks for your reply.

Hi Vikas, great tutorial video! I followed your video, installed with quick start option, and installed gateway option, it works fine within LAN. once I tried to connect via WAN, I can see all published apps, however, once I tried to click any apps, it prompts me a secondary login, then it try to connect my remote apps with following error message :": "Your computer can't remote connect to the remote computer because a security package error occurred in the transport layer", Do you know what happens and how to fix this? I google it, someone suggest to open UDP port 3391, it doesn't help either. BTW, once I have RDS gateway installed and configured, how can I access it, do you have link for this? I use the FQDN of my server, it connects to default 2019 server IIS page. Thanks

You have great videos! Keep up the good work! By the way can it publish 3rd party (non microsoft) apps?
Also can it be configured so you only login once and not login again everytime you launch an app?
Can mfa be applied after the initial login?

At 24:26 i have the same exact problem (since I use vpn -zero tier It cant resolve the name and use ip instead and it worked up to the point where i have to run the app as a client) when trying from any client to run an app. it downloads it (no prompt to open it) even then, trying open it, gives the same message as yours (the remote computer could not be found). You also didnt seem to solve it. You just restarted the client and tried again with the fqdn name.

I have set up the RDS. When I login from my web portal I get connect to remote desktop, When I put the hostname and initiate RDP. I still the traffic on Firewall from my client not from the RDS.
