Good on you Dawn. A proper friend. Loyal and brave for your mate. I've been following this for about a month now. If she's guilty, I'm a unicorn. Problem now is that as the prosecution case unravels, too many people like the judge, the consultants and the managers are finished professionally and may even have commited perjury. It won't be easy to get them to accept that they were so wrong.

If you need hope, look at other miscarriages of justice. Guildford 4, Birmingham 6, west Memphis Three (USA). When you see them being interviewed after release, it’s wonderful to see how they deal with it. One day, your friend Lucy will be one of those people, and I can imagine her dealing with it by showing forgiveness and not allowing bitterness to envelope her, and it will prove to the world that she is the person you always knew she was. Do not despair.

I am a nurse her only mistake was pointing out how the hospital was putting these babies at risk and criticise the doctors. Someone needs to look into her case seriously, it’s disgusting.

Look at the whole picture, there is no motive, no one that saw her harm a baby, that the excess deaths on that unit continued when she was away and when she was removed, the fact she had an appalling defense with a bunch of experts in the other side easily convincing the jury. The fact that the babies had lost mortems at the time which showed natural causes for their individual deaths. The fact the statistics was wrong the insulin poisoning theory was debunked by the manufacturers of the 'insulin test' so was the air embolism and air insufflation into the stomach theory that the author of the paper the prosecution used has said was misused by the prosecution experts. There are experts all over and MP David Davis on her side. The truth has to come out

The fact that Lucy was palpably excited about making a memory box for the second of triplets and was visibly happy in front of their grieving parents, then also said that a deceased baby had 'enjoyed her bath' when already dead during that bath, is so incredibly creepy.
An innocent person shows empathy.
