Welcome back to sunny Miami!!! I am so happy we are cleaning here and hopefully we can find some cockroaches. This is a big house and we don’t have much time to clean it. The owner also has a lot of cats so of course we need to get them out of the way of the cleaning 😽 Sami was carrying the cats out one by one it was funny!
But all jokes aside this home is FILLED! You guys know that I don’t normally clean hoarder houses but I just had to help jolene since she has almost lost her ability to walk. We also had an accident here. Since one of the cats has diabetes and has to get shots my grandma got stung by a needle when she was cleaning out the trash. But she is fortunally fine ❤️

If you turn off the water leading to the toilet, then flush twice, there won’t be water in the bowl, which will make it easier for the acids cleanser to work.

Please Auri. I hope your grandmother went to an Urgent Care to get tested from that needle prick. I'm unsure how long ago you filmed this video but please have her get checked out if you're back home. For thus reason, when cleaning homes, I'd recommend using industrial gloves that have a rubberized protective coating which prevents you from being pricked or cut in any way. I really appreciate what you do for others as your level of compassion is admirable. We just want you to be safe and take all the necessary precautions when cleaning... especially when you clean homes in the U.S. Stay safe and best wishes in your future cleaning adventures. ❤

Nothing destroyers a hoarder house like cats. If she can barely walk, she can't be caring for cats. It's not fair to the cats, or to her. So many elderly people refuse to accept they can't do certain things anymore like driving, they're a danger to themselves and others, and need to be told as much.

The US government provides assistance to purchase food if a person or family’s annual income is under a certain amount. SNAP (food stamps), and WIC for women, infants, and children. Since you said Jolene has no money, she most likely qualifies for food assistance through one of these programs.

Auri...when did your Grandma got the last tetanus shot? every 10 years is importent, to prevent bloodpoisoning...and also she should get tested for hepatitis, because you can´t realy be sure if the syringe was realy used for the cats diabetis.... ♥
