I wish would do program on how to incorporate all these different things that are beneficial for us into a scheduled weekly diet there’s so many things that are good for us that we should be eating but how often and when should we incorporate them into our diet one time a week two times a week Do you provide a diet plan to incorporate these things oils the seeds the nuts I try to save them for my salads or to put them in my oatmeal please have a program and some idea how to fit all this in I’d rather eat naturally then take supplements in a pill form

What about people with CKD? Is it OK to use this extract? The last thing I want to do is end up on dialysis! I have stage 3B kidney disease.
