How to fix Task Scheduler service is not available error

In this video we will try to fix Task Scheduler service is not available error. Sometimes we see an error message "Task Scheduler service is not available. Task Scheduler will attempt to reconnect to it."

Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule

Navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Schedule\TaskCache\Tree

What worked for me is, I've changed the value of "start" DWORD (32-bit) from 4 to 3 in regedit.exe at
