What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

She is using a saw and not able to watch wat she is doing cause she is worried about him screwing off. Just the fact that she is not giving her full attention to that blade right by her fingers is crazy. Iv personally seen someone cut off two fingers using a saw similar and he was paying attention. I looked at comments before watching and was wondering if people were overreacting. They were not. That was dangerous at times, and dickish at others. I would hate to see anyone get seriously injured. Emilia, I know you are super nice and don't want to hurt feelings, but you have a very bright future, don't let certain people around you cause injury or treat you poorly. (Not talking just about this video, seen other instances recently, i.e. someone Intentionally spilling gas on your car)

Most workplaces have zero tolerance for horseplay.
Employees can't tell the difference between fun and danger. This is what we saw here with the saw incident, and that is what I will call it. The piece being cut is not secured in place, operator distracted, and a large rotating disc that most certainly will become a projectile if jarred/bent.

It's not a rule to make your job boring. It's to make sure you don't get hurt or hurt others. And that should translate to your personal life because it is there where your injuries will affect you the most.

Deeds has got to go before someone is hurt bad or sues your ass off. I've never understood the need for excessive noise from a road car. For me, the performance, speed and handling are what counts. Maybe I'm getting old, but I've always felt that way.

Deeds is a clown, hes turning the channel into an episode of jackass and hes gonna hurt someone really bad . I had to work with someone like that once and it changed my life forever. 3rd degree burns to both hands, physical therapy and ptsd to open flames . I love the channel, Emelia, you are awesome, keep up the solid work . Deeds is a liability and haveing someone like that around will bite you in the ass.

JFC, enough with the horsing around. Someone’s going to end up getting hurt or start a fucking fire. Fucking around while doing hazardous work never ends well. Deeds is a goddamn menace. It’s off-putting watching your channel now since very little is getting done. It seems as though the channel is devolving into a prank channel. If this is what’s to become the norm then I’m afraid it’s not looking good. Anyway, that’s just my opinion, but I’m glad I'm not the only one. Good luck. I’m out!
