The problem with full crit builds is that there are 2 items that completely counters crit damage, thornmail and Randuin's omen. Just buying one of these items mitigates the damage output of said crit attacks

Darius could and should save E to cancel belveths skill that stacks all the burn making the item nearly unseless. Why they always use exaust in the start of the fight? Its literally two iron players fighting eachother who have 0 clue how to play the game
