Dyson SV10 V7 red light lock unlock, 2 red flashes one blue

Hello,
This is an exercise to make an SV10 V7 Dyson Battery pack to fail and then recover-it from the locked status.
How to disassembly the pack is not the purpose of this video, please search.
We start with getting access to the programming pads with some paint remover.
Then use a press fit connector to insert in the pcb, it will stay there much better than holding it with your hands. I had to have my hands free.
At around 300mV difference the pack will fail with 2 red blinks and one blue. Blinking pattern may be different on the other models (32 times). Pack is also not charging anymore.
Use the standalone app, see the link below, NOT the MPLAB!
Well, connect the programmer, uncheck the Program memory ( this is critical, you will erase the chip if you forget), read the eeprom data and then modify those 2 locations.
Before you ever click write, make sure you only write in the eeprom section ( I believe some user did not pay attention and erased the chip). Look at the image of the program interface, it's clear.

Do you just happen tyo know about the 206340 battery pack (for the sv12)? It has a connector with two wires going up the stem in addition to the main power out terminals. And i assume a magnet sensor too, somewhere. Do i have to do something to / with the extra connector to make it output power?

On a good battery, Is it possible to add a second range of cells in // under the first one always connected to the BMS, with respect of all connections at the good place and cells with same value and output amps, so to have more work-time, but first of all to decrease the Amps/output (divided by two) with full power position. That will give safe power by long use ...but first of all a much better battery life.
Normally it must not disturb the BMS with a bigger capacity? Is it right? And with BMS always connected, no locking?
Simply modify a safe packaging. I wish to have your opinion before trying.

Do you know if the included BMS (I have a V10) makes the equilibration by charging? If not it's a shame.
These new cleaners "eat" always more power . Why Dyson does not propose such packs? (like for good screwdrivers with 4 or 5 Ah)...too heavy? ... too expensive?...or.perhaps too safe...and commercially uninteresting?

Hi, you mentioned 2 red flush and 1 blue. What if 32 red flushes? I changed all the batteries and wrote the code like you, it showed blue for me but when I inserted in the vacuum, that means when I load it, it showed again red. Do I need to recode differently? Thanks.
