Well done. I just finished teaching this to my Precalc class. The only difference is I went ahead and soft-taught (so not the epsilon-delta definition, but the intuition) limits and limit notation so I could use it for end behavior. I think using the calculator like you do might be even more intuitive, though. Food for thought.

Learning Ritual : In the given question, we need to find x intercept and y intercept by putting y= 0 and x= 0 respectively. We will get some values of x and y. Now we''ll find Horizontal and Vertical asymptotes by using the theory taught in Part 1. We'll then plot the asymptotes and draw the curve of x= 1/2 and y= -1/2.
You got the graph !
