This highly productive farm is in Sections 3 & 10 in Panola Township, Woodford County. It is located 3.3 miles northeast of Panola, IL, 5.5 miles northeast of El Paso, IL or 17 miles west of Pontiac, IL.

Tract 1: 36.24 +/- tax acres to be surveyed. The soil PI is 123.7. Predominant soil types include Streator silty clay loam, Rutland silty clay loam, and Swygert silty clay loam.

Tract 2: 80 +/- tax acres to be surveyed. The soil PI is 130.9. Predominant soil types include Streator silty clay loam and Rutland silty clay loam.

Tract 3: 80 +/- tax acres to be surveyed. The soil PI is 130.2. Predominant soil types include Streator silty clay loam, Rutland silty clay loam and Peotone silty clay loam. This tract does have a corn crib and 2 grain bins in the northwest corner included in the tract.

This farm will be offered at auction on November 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the El Paso Community Building located at 523 South Sycamore St, El Paso, IL.
