This reminds me of the time I sent a friend of mine in Argentina a video of our cornfields here in Wisconsin, and I told her that 80% of the corn in America is fed to cows, which needs to inflammatory conditions and disease, antibiotics being used, etc.

She literally was baffled and thought I was joking when I told her this, because she said in Argentina they feed cows nothing but grass.

What id rather see, because you could argue the ad budget increases the drug cost, is pass a law that the US Government will not purchase any drug or medication from any manufacturer who sells it to anyone else at a lower price. The US Government is the single largest purchaser and doesnt use that purchasing power at all. Why do you think Walmart is as successful as it is? No drug company would give up the sales to the US Government. Its not a negotiaton. Its a law. You're gonna sell insulin to the Canadian government for half the cost? Not anymore. The US should not be price gouged, subsidizing the rest of the world, and seen as a cash cow to be exploited.

I don’t think that sort of thing is within the power of the presidency to make an executive order. Congress needs to make that by law.
