I start a 4am and i do the same as you but you were only showing 10mins (other work) when i on my walk round checks i make sure i stick 16mins on there, great clip for new drivers easy to understand, 👍

What happens if there is a longer period of time between removing the card? Say you last inserted the card two weeks previously. You obviously can't make manual entries for the previous two weeks as that would take too long. Would you use a time sheet?
