I was with you until you said the person who did 11 miles in 70 minutes worked out harder than the person who did 10 miles in 30 minutes because the other person did 1 extra mile. That makes no sense because the person who did the workout in 30 minutes had a much more intense workout and higher heart rate. This, burning more calories. This is why guys go to the gym and see no results. They rest 5 minutes between each set, don’t break a sweat, and then complain that they don’t see gains when in reality just “doing” the workout isn’t enough. You need to constantly be pushing yourself. Just cause we did the same workout doesn’t mean we did the same workout. Make that make sense my guy.
