These longer format discussions are far better than the 5-10 minute kind.

As a viewer from the U.S. that was time very well spent listenting to Professor Michael Clarke and his Ukraine war analysis. He is both intelligent and informative and I hope to hear more from him. Kudos to Kate Gerbeau for excellent questioning and adeptly steeing the topic.

Michael Clarke is brilliant, but I would suggest that the stability of Crimea under Ukrainian control — or at least a Crimea *not* under Russian control — is, at this point, critical to European and western security. The Ukrainians are 100% correct in insisting this war is not over until Crimea is returned to them. That’s in NATO’s and the EU’s best interest as well.

As a Ukranian from Kharkiv I started to listen to Prof. Clarke reviews at the beginning of the war, and his voice always gave me hope, even in the darkest days of the first months of the war. Thank you, Prof. Clarke💙💛
