I am surprised that Shannan didn't mention getting information about her craft by going to the library when she said that YouTube was in its infancy. I'm sure there were books about being an executive in entertainment. I went to the library to get a lot of information about film and television back in the 80s when I decided to be a filmmaker/television writer and other forms of entertainment. And I still use the library and YouTube for future entertainment knowledge in all mediums.
