Still don't know why they say 360 deg for something opposite. Try turning 360 deg and you'll mostly find yourself aligned to your original direction. Should be 180 deg

We so needed Arvind or Shivam in this....there were many places where this was sidetracking. Can't call this a "debate" ..discussion maybe.

One sentence for all of you.. spirituality denotes selflessness. That lady calls herself spiritual. When you die for others your spiritual, then your a human. If your living for you only, that's for a body only, your just soil.

Last year, we visited North India. One evening, as we were driving, a cow suddenly appeared in front of a car. There was a couple in the car, and unfortunately, their vehicle flipped multiple times—3 to 4 times, to be exact. The cow died instantly, and the couple was rushed to the hospital. I'm not sure what happened to them afterward.
Shockingly, another day man on a motorcycle experienced a similar incident.our driver mentioned he's witnessed this countless times before.hundereds of them happen everyday because of stray cows. It's a pressing issue: these cows are suffering, and they are causing serious, sometimes fatal, accidents. Something needs to change.we need more young open minded people like Arvid to make this change.

This black tshirt guy is so clumsy and inarticulate...good that he is vegan but whats the point of being in a debate when you cant frame and put up your arguments in defense of the defenseless animals? Pls bring in Arvind next time.

Major problem with this debate was that central theme was of diet and not Vegan vs Non Vegan.
If participants signed up for a Vegan debate, it should be a debate on rights violation of animals - How depending on dead bodies of 1000s of animals for one's selfish reason is just madness.

A vegan diet does not naturally provide collagen because collagen is a protein found in animal tissues, particularly in skin, bones, and connective tissues. Collagen is not present in plant-based foods. However, vegans can support their body's natural collagen production by consuming a variety of nutrients that are essential for collagen synthesis.

### Key Nutrients for Collagen Production:
1. **Vitamin C**: Essential for collagen synthesis. Found in fruits like oranges, strawberries, kiwi, and vegetables like bell peppers and broccoli.
2. **Proline**: An amino acid involved in collagen production. Found in plant-based sources like cabbage, soy, asparagus, and mushrooms.
3. **Glycine**: Another amino acid necessary for collagen. Found in foods like spinach, kale, cauliflower, and bananas.
4. **Copper**: Plays a role in collagen production. Found in nuts, seeds, whole grains, and beans.
5. **Zinc**: Important for collagen production and repair. Found in legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains.

### Vegan Collagen Alternatives:
- **Vegan Collagen Supplements**: Some supplements are made from genetically modified yeast or bacteria that produce collagen-like proteins.
- **Collagen Boosters**: Supplements containing the key nutrients for collagen production, such as vitamin C, zinc, and amino acids, are also available.

### Conclusion:
While a vegan diet doesn't directly provide collagen, it can support the body's natural collagen production through proper nutrition. If additional collagen support is needed, vegan-friendly supplements are an option.

So, basically sex without consent with a kid is more worse than slitting the throat an animal who also is as innocent as a child. Wow, Mugdha. Dont ever call yourself kind.

As a biotechnologist who has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade and has studied molecular and microbiology extensively, I’ve read thousands of research papers. Based on this knowledge, I can confidently say that vegetarians receive all the necessary nutrients to live a healthy and strong life.

Meat is not essential for our diet, though it is an easy source of complete protein. Ultimately, the choice to eat meat or not is a personal preference.

I was a heavy meat eater until January this year when we had to put my beloved 14-year-old golden doodle to sleep. In that moment, I realized how we grieve because we own pets, but what about the animals we consume—like sheep, chickens, and cattle? This led me to reflect deeply on where we draw the line between 'eating to survive' and 'eating for pleasure.'

Since becoming a vegetarian (without eggs), I’ve managed to maintain muscle mass and stay fit, proving that I can thrive without needing to cause harm for the sake of pleasure. However, I won’t pretend it’s been easy—there are moments when I still crave meat. But I choose to live by the values I’ve established for myself.

That said, I understand that society has its own level of tolerance and acceptance when it comes to causing harm. We all operate within that framework. ❤

I continue to love and support my family and friends who choose to eat meat, without judgment. ❤ Let’s respect each other’s choices and move forward.

PS: I will make time to watch this podcast.

Stunted Children?
That's because the food system in India is messed up. We cannot afford basic foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
And how is feeding children with lactose intolerance not cruel?

There needs to be a systemic shift. A shift in the social and economic policy!
People should be given access to healthy and nutritious food!

By the way, Virat Kohli is a prime example of a healthy, fit, and successful vegan athlete. I also watched a Netflix documentary comparing vegan and non-vegan athletes, which showed that vegans often outperform and excel over their non-vegan counterparts.

i appreceate the attempt, but the axioms or suppositions and the preconceptions taken as obvious are blowing my mind. I am a vegan, and will continue to be so, these people dont understand and cant undertand, because they are not the victims of this system, it is saddening to see.

I would love to see the evidence the lady saying she has to eat animals to survive. First, is it the animals or the nutrition? Second, has she even made an effort and actually monitored plant-based alternatives, not just one plant source, to solve w/e disfunction she's saying? Third, her personal struggles does not equate to the majority of the population, it's an outlier if there's such a case. I commend the lady bringing in the ethical side, Veganism isn't about nutrition or environment, so it should be the majority of the discussion.

One thing for sure is the Vegan team has a lot more tolerance here. The others dont give them a chance to talk. Also the Largest study on nutrition is the China Study.
