A positive feedback loop can be simplistically defined as our tendency to repeat thoughts, expressions and behaviors in patterned ways. Because we become familiar with their impacts and outcomes (regardless of whether or not those are objectively ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ in our lives) we get set in ‘positive feedback loops’. When we figure out that we need to change something we habitually do, how to we break that loop?? This Tuning teases out ways that we can recognize the patterns and then Tunes the collective field of everyone who will ever hear this video to be able to access the gumption to create a new pattern and therefore a new ‘loop’. *** Spoiler Alert*** You have to try new things :)
