I honestly believe this was the purpose of bringing back Chris Evans as Johnny Storm; to highlight the fact that multiverse doppelgangers can be entirely different people. It was such a great scene in D&W that shocked the audience. I think we'll easily reconcile the casting once we see his performance.

I love the idea that Dr. doom is from the fantastic four universe, and escapes into the 616 just to find out that a man named Tony Stark, who happens to look exactly like him is widely, considered the savior of the universe. Dr. doom then slips into the persona of Tony Stark, and uses it to his advantage
