How fast the Tesla is going up to 0-100 depends on how much energy you have left in the battery. In a ´test´ like this, the Tesla should have a fully charged battery. However, from 120kmt and above the AMG powered E-class will be faster.

The fact everyone is overlooking... Mercedes' engine needs 6 gears to keep up with Tesla's engine.... Tesla's using only 1 gear, because it can... but mostly because it cuts costs, until their tech becomes cheaper to develop.
This is like the dad who still can beat his son at soccer, but he knows it's not for long.

I want a car to feel alive! Electric cars are quiet and deliver insane torque at the start and have regenerative braking, but they don't feel the same way an ICE car feels. Mercedes AMG forever!

So the E63 AMG can no longer compete with the big boys, it comes to flex its muscles against a car that wasn't actually built for speed. If you're judging or buying a car based on a video it's very unfortunate, drive both cars and then make up your mind.

With Tesla Model S can do 20-30 times/day the fast run from 0 to 150km/h, but if you try that with a AMG S every day, maybe you will repair it more often.
