Living with an Invisible Disability (Missing Part of his Brain)

Kevin was born without the part of the brain that connects the two hemispheres, a condition known as complete agenesis of the corpus callosum. He was also my student for over three years and the first person to ever be interviewed on SBSK. At birth doctors thought Kev would never walk, talk or think, but he is now applying to colleges while entering his last year of high school.

I have all my brain in one and my words still come out the wrong way all the time. If everything I thought was immediately put into words I would get into serious trouble 99% of every single day. Honestly, Kevin's doing quite well in that department.

Kev is so smart!!! I love him, he is not blabbering on at all like he said, In fact its the opposite he is very matter of fact, precise and logical, but also has a great sense of humor and a great ability to catch on to things and flow with a conversation!
