I havent used the market since last november now I'm back on it.. gully what a change and alots of the new features and has a better navigation experience.. and apps are getting much more developped, that in less then 6 months .. what about in a year.. goshh... this is gonna fly out...

@TheMaddyGuy cos android synches up directly with google especially when u possess an account there (gmail for example)... and contains ur personal informations (contact infos, facebook, youtube and the like etc...they all belong to google now)... its more of a disclaimer...

They've also fixed a bug with the market which makes it easier to update preinstalled applications.

Before the new marketplace, preinstalled apps like Facebook on many Android phones, didn't show up in your downloaded section.

Works well on my ZTE Blade. I really do like the new design.

@02Alan93 you purchased the app, which means you have made a commitment. If you want a trial, download the lite version of the app. If there is no lite version of the app then I guess you will have to live without it because that was the developers decision. The 24 hour return policy created many problems with android developers such as myself who would be victim to app piracy and someone playing the game for 23 hours straight then returning it. I am happy with Google for this update.

@DickKnowsBest you have options in OSX. Not a lot, no where as much as we should have, but they are there.

@02Alan93 (god, forgive me for bringing this up) but the iPhone app store seems to be doing quite well without a return policy/ lite model. I agree, some apps just plain take 15 minutes to get working lol but I see the new return policy as insurance against a person whose child accidentally bought that $1, 000 "I am Rich" app and need to return it.
