The sheer ignorance in what this torturer (you can look this up) says is amusing.

I will try and clarify some stuff about what Muslims believe in and if you have any more questions I would be glad to answer them.

He talks about how muslims felt rejoice after 9/11, which is something a muslim can never agree with. The act of vigilantism is not even permitted in Islam. By definition, this means that all terrorist groups are not following Islam. Not only that but murder (regardless of beliefs/religion) is a capital punishment punished by death unless the family of the killed person forgives the murderer.

He also mentions how Muslims define an "innocent" only as someone who is a Muslim. This again is a straight up lie and shows his lack of any knowledge about the Islamic faith. Non-muslims have coexisted with Muslims for centuries during all Islamic empires and were able to freely practice their religions which is well documented (mainly with judaism and christianity). In fact, as a Muslim it is a must that we believe in previous Abrahamic religions and they must be allowed to practice their religions in Islamic land. They are also always welcome to do their religious practices and prayers even inside Islamic Mosques. Not believing so would automatically make someone a non-Muslim.

Regarding this idea of "Jihad by tongue" that he mentions, he again shows that he has no understanding of neither its meaning nor its principles. Jihad by tongue means debating others to show why Islam is correct. It has nothing to do with deception as what is mentioned in the video. He mentions that this deception is "agreeing with infidels when Muslims actually know that's not true." This hypocrisy is also a sin in Islam and is not allowed unless you are being threatened by death/severe torture (something James Mitchell is particularly familiar with).

Many comments are taking about "Taqiyya" which is something most Muslims have never even heard because it is never used since it's virtually impossible that something that requires it happens today. Taqiyya means that you're allowed to lie about your religion if someone is threatening to kill you. For example if I live in a country where it is punishable by death to be a Muslim then I am allowed to say that I am not. Given today's circumstances, it is very rare that this would happen, which is why it would be never used. It is really funny when uneducated non-Muslims say "They're just using Taqiyya again" when they don't have a single clue on what it means.

Notice he claims he heard this from someone who heard it…he cannot provide any source for any of this in the Quran or the Hadiths. This is simply a hateful man who has made up lies to slander a religion
