These no bake protein balls have become my go-to post-workout snack! They’re high protein, money-saving, and super easy to whip up with simple ingredients like peanut butter, oats, protein powder, and flaxseeds. Keep these in your refrigerator for an easy (AND DELISH) way to add more protein to your diet.
YOU’LL NEED
-¾ c peanut butter
-⅓ c vanilla protein powder
-½ c rolled oats
-¼ c ground flaxseed
-3 T mini chocolate chips or shredded coconut
-2 T honey
-1 T chia seeds
-Water as needed
Mix, roll, refrigerate, and enjoy!
