CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BALLS 🍫 the perfect pre-workout snack or sweet treat after dinner ✨

Ingredients:
1/2 cup quick oats (40 g)
2 scoops chocolate protein powder (58 g)
2 tbsp dutched cocoa powder (10 g)
2 tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips
pinch salt
2 tbsp peanut butter (32 g)
2 tbsp honey (42 g)
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (30 ml)

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl or container, whisk together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips and salt.

2. Add the peanut butter, honey and almond milk. Stir until a thick dough forms. It might seems too dry at first but just keep mixing.

3. Roll into 12 equal balls and place on a plate or tray (don’t stack). Chill in the freezer for about an hour and enjoy!.

Notes:
• Don’t add too much milk: This can make these sticky and hard to work with, especially when using whey protein powder. Start with less and add more if you need.
